3.2 Order Processing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
3.3 Payment
Orders will only be confirmed and processed for shipment after successful receipt of the full payment amount. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our checkout page.
4. No Refund Policy and Exchange Conditions
This section outlines our strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
4.1 All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our food-grade and consumable products (organic flours and tea powders), SOI Organic does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or taste/texture preferences.
4.2 Conditions for Exchange Only
We only offer an exchange under the following limited conditions:
- Damaged Product: The product was received by the customer in a physically damaged condition.
- Incorrect Product: The product delivered is different from the product ordered (e.g., received flour instead of tea powder).
4.3 Exchange Process
- The customer must notify SOI Organic of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide clear photographic or 360 degree video proof while opening the package of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for the replacement of the damaged or incorrect item. The original item must be returned to us (or disposed of as instructed) before the replacement is shipped.
5. Order Delivery and Shipping
5.1 Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. Most Probably They'll reach within the estimation of 7 - 10 Days, for International orders the estimation of days may differ.

We utilize third-party courier and logistics services for all order deliveries.
5.3 Limitation of Liability for Shipping
SOI Organic is not responsible for any delays, damages, loss, or issues caused by the courier or third-party logistics provider after the product has been handed over to them. This includes but is not limited to:
