1. Our Core Policy: No Refunds – All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature and consumable status of our products (including all organic flours and organic tea powders), we maintain a strict policy:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- SOI Organic does not offer monetary refunds for any product once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed.
- This includes instances of change of mind, dissatisfaction with personal results, or taste/texture preferences.
2. Conditions for Exchange or Replacement Only
We only offer an exchange or replacement under two specific, verifiable circumstances:
A. Product Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
The product must be received by the customer in a condition that is physically damaged or rendered unusable due to transit issues.
B. Wrong Product Received
You receive a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered whole wheat flour but received detox tea powder).
3. How to Request an Exchange or Replacement
If your order qualifies under Section 2 (Damaged or Wrong Product), please follow these steps precisely:
- Immediate Contact: You must notify the SOI Organic Customer Support Team within 48 hours of receiving your order (as confirmed by the courier's delivery timestamp).
- Required Evidence: You must provide clear and detailed visual evidence:
- Photos and Videos clearly showing the damage to the product and/or the packaging.
- Photos of the shipping label on the package.
- Submission: Send the notification and evidence to: soiorganicproducts@gmail.com
- Review Process: SOI Organic reserves the right to thoroughly review all evidence. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request within a reasonable timeframe.
- Shipment of Replacement: If approved, we will arrange for the shipment of the correct or replacement item to you at no additional cost. We may request the original item to be returned to us before the replacement is sent.
4. Non-Returnable Items and Exclusion Criteria
For reasons of hygiene, product integrity, and safety, we strictly cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for the following items:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Items where the original packaging, seals, or labels have been tampered with or removed.
- Discounted, clearance, or promotional products (these are considered final sale).
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Our order processing system is designed to be efficient to get your fresh products to you quickly.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
- Address/Contact Updates: If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, you must contact us immediately within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after this window.
